We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

There are no standard shipping charges added at checkout.

If any special delivery service, redelivery service or alternative shipping option is offered in the future, any additional cost will be clearly shown before checkout.

## 3. Preorder Shipping

Many products sold on CollectorUnited are preorder items.

Preorder products are not immediately available for dispatch at the time of purchase.

Preorder items will be dispatched only after the official release date or once stock has been received from our suppliers.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout applies after dispatch, not from the date the preorder is placed.

For example, if the checkout shows “2–5 working days after dispatch”, this means the delivery estimate starts only once the item has been dispatched, not from the preorder date.

For available products, we aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible.

For preorder products, we aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible after the product has been released and stock has been received from suppliers.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched.

## 6. Orders Containing Preorder and In-Stock Items

If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed with you.

This helps avoid splitting one order into multiple shipments.

If you want available items to be shipped separately from preorder items, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering.
