- the expected release date, where available;
- the estimated dispatch window, where available;
- the product name and product details;
- any purchase limits, where applicable.
Release dates and dispatch windows are estimates and may change due to manufacturer, distributor, supplier, courier or stock allocation delays.

## 3. Payment for Preorders
Payment may be taken at the time the preorder is placed.
This means you may be charged before the item is available for dispatch.
Taking payment at the time of preorder helps reserve your order request, but it does not mean the product is immediately available or ready to ship.

## 4. Dispatch of Preorder Items
Preorder products will be dispatched after the official release date or once stock has been received from suppliers.
We aim to dispatch preorder items as soon as reasonably possible after stock becomes available.
If a product page shows an estimated dispatch window, this is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

## 7. Orders Containing Preorder and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed with you.
If you want in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering. Additional delivery charges may apply.
