## 1. About CollectorUnited
CollectorUnited is an online store selling physical collectible trading card products, including sealed boxes, booster packs and related collectible card items.
Many of our products are sold as preorders. This means the product is not available for immediate dispatch at the time of purchase and will be shipped after the official release date or once stock has been received from our suppliers.

## 2. Product Information
We aim to make all product descriptions, images, prices, release dates and availability information as accurate as possible.
Product images may be for illustration purposes only, especially for preorder products where final packaging, artwork or product details may not yet be available from the manufacturer or distributor.
We do not guarantee specific cards, pulls, rarity outcomes, resale value, investment value or future market value from any sealed product.
All products sold through CollectorUnited are physical goods.

## 3. Preorders
Preorder products are items that can be purchased before they are released or before they are available for dispatch.
When you purchase a preorder product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the item is not immediately available;
- the expected release date or estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page where available;
- release dates and dispatch windows may change due to manufacturer, supplier, distributor, courier or stock allocation delays;
- payment may be taken at the time the preorder is placed;
- your order will be dispatched after the official release date or once stock has been received from suppliers.
If there is a significant delay to a preorder, we will aim to update customers as soon as reasonably possible.
You may contact us if you wish to cancel a preorder before it has been dispatched.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we may ship the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed with you.

## 4. Orders and Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request.
A contract between you and CollectorUnited is formed when we accept your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:
- payment is not successfully authorised;
- the product becomes unavailable;
- there is an error in the product price or description;
- we suspect fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse or unlawful activity;
- the order appears to breach our purchase limits or policies;
- we are unable to fulfil the order due to supplier or distributor issues.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

## 5. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
As ADENIUM HEALTH LTD is VAT registered, product prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Wix Payments or other payment providers made available on our website.
For preorder products, payment may be taken at the time the order is placed. This secures your order request but does not mean the item is immediately available for dispatch.
You must provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.

## 7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship physical products to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be shown on the website or at checkout where applicable.
For preorder products, delivery times start only after the product has been released and stock has been received from suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, courier delays, customs checks, supplier delays or events outside our reasonable control.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

## 8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
For most online purchases of physical goods, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The customer then has another 14 days to return the goods after notifying the seller. (GOV.UK)

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging where possible.
For sealed collectible products, if you open, damage or alter the sealed packaging, this may affect your refund amount if the handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Refunds will usually be issued to the original payment method.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

## 9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If there is a confirmed issue with your item, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

We aim to sell authentic physical collectible trading card products sourced from suppliers, distributors or trusted business sources.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, sealed products are sold in their original sealed condition.
We do not open sealed products before dispatch and we do not guarantee the contents, card pulls or rarity results inside sealed products.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that attempt to bypass purchase limits.
